Recipe of the Week- Chocolate Brownies To Break Fast

Try this delicious recipe to break your fast! You’ll be glad you did!

Ingredients:

  • 1 container (6 ounces) plain Greek yogurt 
  • ¼ cup skim milk or almond milk
  • ½ cup cocoa powder 
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½  cup Truvia Baking Blend or equivalent zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 
  2. Grease a square 8×8” baking dish.
  3. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
  4. Pour into the dish and bake for about 15 minutes.

Makes 4 servings. Count each serving as a snack or treat. Enjoy!
