  • Initial consultation plus 4-follow-up visits.
  • At the initial consultation, we review your history, goals, preferences, lifestyle, etc, and create a custom meal plan designed for you.
  • At the follow-up visits, we weigh you, go over food logs, plan the next week, and answer any questions you may have.
  • In between these sessions, you can text your counselor any time for questions and support

Anyone who is just starting or wants to completely start over.

Follow Up Packages
$249 / 5 sessions $450 / 10 sessions
  • Continuing follow-up sessions, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or even once a month, is an effective way to stay on track and keep up the accountability.
  • You can have as many follow-up visits as you need until you reach your goal.
  • If you're at your goal weight, you can continue having follow-up visits to help you stay accountable

Who is this for?

Anyone who already has a custom plan and needs (or wants) more follow-up visits.

Refresher Packages
  • 30-minute refresher session plus 3-follow-up visits.
  • If you haven’t been here in over a year, you would need a refresher package.
  • Your original plan will be edited and updated.
  • We will review anything new so that you're
  • You will get recommitted and restart fresh.

Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to return a year or more after their last visit, or who has had significant life changes that require adjusting the plan.
