Veggie Burgers Made Simple


1 cup zucchini, shredded

1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)

6 tablespoons ground flax

½ teaspoon steak seasoning


In a medium bowl add all ingredients.

Mash ingredients with a fork until well blended. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes.

Divide into two equal parts and form burgers.

Grill until browned on each side.

Makes 2 large burgers.

Count each burger as a complete protein.
