Ingredients:
- 1 cup zucchini, shredded
- 1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 6 tablespoons ground flax
- ½ teaspoon steak seasoning
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients. Mash ingredients with a fork until well blended. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes.
- Divide into two equal parts and form burgers.
- Grill until browned on each side.
Makes 2 large burgers.
Count each burger as a complete protein.
