Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Tracking Your Food

Keeping a food log is important because it helps you and your nutritionist understand your eating habits. It’s all about accuracy and consistency. Once you incorporate food tracking, you can make changes to your diet to improve your weight loss. However, many of us don’t like to use old fashion papers because either we replace them, the kids scribble on them or we just can’t bother; but… welcome to 2020, where food tracking is as easy as a click of a button!

If you have a smartphone, try downloading apps that help you track such as Myfitnesspal, Mynetdiary or Foodility.

Not always easy, but it’s worth it!

Happy tracking!
