Tanya’s Tip of the Week: The “What Else?” List

Make a list of things that would successfully distract you from a food cheat, like walking, a puzzle, a book, online shopping, researching something, etc.

Keep the list with you and when you feel feel like you’re drifting towards things you know you shouldn’t, pull that list out and choose a distraction.

And guess what? Just by making the list, you’ve already distracted yourself 🙂
