Need a quick acronym to remember to stay on track? 

When it’s hard to plan out exactly or specifically I tell my clients to try to avoid/limit the 3 C’s: 

Challah, Cakes/cookies, Kugels (yes it’s a K but same sound, so it works). 

There are plenty of other extras built into being away but at least this will keep you focused.
