My senior clients often say “I’m too old to diet” for a plethora of reasons. Here’s the thing… you don’t need to exercise or go to specialty stores, you don’t have to come in for sessions or cook every meal, and you don’t have to be perfect. No one is promising it will be easy but it IS doable and it does GET easier. It’s never too late to start!
