Sea salt is more natural, less processed, and is created by evaporating seawater, as opposed to table salt which is processed from salt mines. While sea salt does maintain some of the natural vitamins and minerals, it’s not a significant amount to justify tossing out your table salt. Some prefer the flavor and texture of sea salt over table salt, but that’s up to your preferences. Try experimenting to see which you prefer in which dishes. Regardless of which is in your kitchen cabinet, remember to have salt in moderation.
