When it comes to having your salad, size matters. The BIGGER, the better! Vegetables have lots of fiber, and fiber is what keeps you full. Having that large salad versus just some lettuce in your wrap or a pickle on the side will keep you fuller for longer. On my plan, veggies are completely free, so go ahead and have that huge salad. An added bonus is to also make your food look pretty. Put it into a nice bowl or a fun container.
