Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Post Pesach Assessment

Pesach is over, and we all have some doubts about how we did. The best thing I can say is, DON’T WORRY!

We can now eat our usual foods, and there’s no need to beat ourselves up because that will only discourage us more. Whether you kept to your plan, cheated, or completely fell off the wagon, leave it in the past, chin up and let’s move on.
