Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Portion Your Soup

Cold weather makes us break out the pots and ladles, and a client of mine shared an excellent tip for you to use this winter. Portion your soups and freeze them in microwave-safe containers. This way, you can grab your portion and heat up just that. Less food waste, less room for overeating, and so much much faster. If you’re not using microwave-safe containers, make sure the container opening will allow the frozen soup to slide out.
