Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Oat Flour

Oat flour is a great gluten-free alternative to wheat flour! Make your next breakfast pancakes with oat flour as it adds a spongy texture. Oats are also filling, so it will stave off hunger while giving you the boost you need to set the tone for the rest of the day. If you’re not on a gluten-free plan, whole wheat flour is great too!
