Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Make Mine A Fancy Wine

A glass of wine can be a great treat at the end of a long day and I always say to make your healthy lifestyle fun wherever you can. Next time you want to relax with your evening treat, drop 2-3 frozen grapes into your glass of wine to keep it cool and make it fancy. You’ll feel less rushed to drink it before it warms up, you get to eat some wine-infused fruit at the end, and it’s just a fun way to have a glass of wine. Lechaim!

Note- 1 glass of wine (about 180g) counts as a treat.
