So what? Just because some new trend was on the news, doesn’t mean they covered all the details. 

“This new fad diet can change your life” but one year later they find it’s causing severe health issues. “This fruit is now said to burn fat” only to find out it also burns the exact things that were naturally there to help you burn fat. “This exercise technique will increase your metabolism” but if you stop, you will damage it irreversibly. “This pill helps you lose weight” only it has horrible side effects.

Don’t fall for trends just because it was “on the news”.

Remember that a balanced and well-rounded diet will always be the better and healthier choice.
