Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Chanukah Walks

Before, during, and after the 8 days of Chanukah, there are all sorts of events, parties, and celebrations. For the local ones, skip the drive and opt for a walk (weather permitting of course). The walk will give you time to prepare yourself for your food choices, plus that’s some exercise that you will need to repeat to get home. You will also feel better knowing that you walked off some of the holiday calories.
