Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Change Up That Repetitive Food

Something as simple as changing some spices, adding exciting ingredients, or tossing in pops of color can give you a boost on your diet plan. It’s a great way to explore new flavors and keep things fresh and new, so make sure to change up your repetitive meals every so often.

Add a different spice to your usual dishes each time to change the flavor. Change pasta to quinoa or zucchini noodles. Decorate plates with garnish. Prepare pitchers of unsweetened teas for a variety of colors on the table. Add citrus slices into pitchers, on glass rims, or as a garnish on plates. Get colorful napkins that match the season.
