Brown rice is a whole grain, meaning exactly that – it’s whole and no parts have been removed, whereas with white rice, the parts that offer nutritional value, do get removed. Brown rice is also packed with minerals and nutrients that have benefits and make it more filling than white rice. That being said, while brown rice is more filing, it should be eaten in moderation.
