Take the stairs instead…

Let’s ‘real talk’ for a moment here. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator is most likely the easiest decision you can make. There will always be stairs to get from one level to another and it doesn’t take much longer.

Taking the stairs can:

 

  • Burn calories
  • Help promote weight loss
  • Help prevent weight gain
  • Help lower your risk of heart attack and stroke
  • Strengthen your muscles
  • So, unless there is a health reason not to… WHY NOT?!
