Recipe of the Week: Spicy Cabbage Chicken Soup


  • 1 cup chicken broth, add additional water as desired
  • Chicken, 4-6 oz.
  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped
  • Lemon juice or vinegar, to taste
  • Natural sweetener, to taste


  1. Combine chicken broth and water
  2. Add cooked chicken pieces and chopped cabbage
  3. Season to taste
  4. Simmer until cabbage is tender
  5. Add lemon or vinegar with sweetener to make a sweet and sour broth
