Fitness is not just about exercising until you can’t feel your legs, it’s about reaching a health goal, whether emotional or physical.

If you’re finding it difficult to be motivated while working out, ask yourself, “What is my goal here?”

Maybe you want to lose the baby weight, or the 10 pounds gained recently, or to feel better about yourself and have more energy. Find your inner motivation and hold on to that. Then, the next time you’re feeling unmotivated, remind yourself why you started.
