Recipe of the Week: Swirbie Protein Powder Milkshake

All the milkshake taste with ¼ of the calories!  

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons TAP Protein Powder 
  • 3 packets Stevia 
  • 3 Swirbie Spinach Pods 
  • 2 Swirbie Blueberry Pods 
  • 1 Swirbie Peach Pod  
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk  

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a shaker.  
  2. Shake until you reach desired consistency. 
  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw. 

Makes 1 serving. Count each serving as a snack.
