Loaded with protein and flavor, not with calories!
- 2-3 Swirbie Banana Pods
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 3 packets of Splenda or Stevia to taste
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- Place all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake until you reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw.
Makes 1 serving. Count each serving as a snack.
