Recipe of the Week: Swirbie Peanut Butter Milkshake

Loaded with protein and flavor, not with calories!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Swirbie Banana Pods 
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder 
  • 3 packets of Splenda or Stevia to taste 
  • 1 cup low-fat milk 

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a shaker.  
  2. Shake until you reach desired consistency.  
  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw.  

Makes 1 serving. Count each serving as a snack.
