Recipe of the Week- Swirbie No Fuss Spinach Dip

Ingredients: 

6 spinach Swirbie Pods 

¼ cup warm water 

1/3 cup light mayonnaise 

1 tablespoon onion powder 

Salt and pepper to taste 

1-3 packets Splenda or Stevia (to taste) 

Instructions: 

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve pods in warm water. 
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. 

Makes 6 servings. Count each serving as a fat. 

Spread on Matza by your Seuda, or serve with carrot sticks or celery sticks to make your vegetables more exciting!
