Swirbie Mango Date Smoothie
8 Swirbie Mango Pods
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3/4 cup vanilla frozen Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped almonds
4 large Medjool pitted dates
1 pinch allspice or cinnamon
- Using a stick blender, blend together mango pods, almond milk, Greek yogurt, dates, allspice, and chopped almonds until smooth.
Makes 2 servings. Count each serving as a snack + 1 fruit.
