Ingredients:Â
8 Swirbie Mango PodsÂ
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milkÂ
3/4 cup vanilla frozen Greek yogurt Â
1/4 cup chopped almondsÂ
4 large Medjool pitted datesÂ
1 pinch allspice or cinnamonÂ
Instructions:Â
- Using a stick blender, blend together mango pods, almond milk, Greek yogurt, dates, allspice, and chopped almonds until smooth. Â
Makes 2 servings. Count each serving as a snack + 1 fruit.Â
