Ingredients:
12 Peach Swirbie Pods
2 Cortland apples, chopped
¼ cup raw oat bran
2 tablespoons Splenda or your choice of 0 calorie sweetener
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- Layer Swirbie Pods and chopped apple in an 8×8″ pan.
- Mix the last 4 ingredients together to make a crumble and crumble on top of the fruit.
- Bake for 1 hour covered.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Makes 2 servings. Count each serving as a snack + a fruit.
