Recipe of the Week- Swirbie Easy Peasy Peach Crumble

Ingredients: 

12 Peach Swirbie Pods 

2 Cortland apples, chopped 

¼ cup raw oat bran 

2 tablespoons Splenda or your choice of 0 calorie sweetener 

1 tablespoon water 

1 teaspoon lemon juice 

Instructions: 

  1. Layer Swirbie Pods and chopped apple in an 8×8″ pan. 
  2. Mix the last 4 ingredients together to make a crumble and crumble on top of the fruit. 
  3. Bake for 1 hour covered. 
  4. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. 

Makes 2 servings. Count each serving as a snack + a fruit.
