Ingredients:Â
4 Peach Swirbie podsÂ
4 Mango Swirbie podsÂ
4 Cortland apples peeled, cored, and choppedÂ
¾ cup waterÂ
½ teaspoon ground cinnamonÂ
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine apples, water, and cinnamon. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are soft.
- Add Swirbie pods and cook for 2 more minutes.Â
- Allow to cool, then mash with a fork or potato masher.Â
Makes 4 servings. Count each serving as a fruit.Â
