Recipe of the Week- Swirbie Blueberry Mini Pies

Ingredients

  • 8 small wonton wrappers 
  • 2 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar 
  • Olive oil spray 
  • 8 Swirbie Blueberry Pods, slightly defrosted 

Instructions

1. Spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray.

2. Place each wonton wrapper in a small muffin tin, making a flower shape to fit it in. 

3. Sprinkle evenly with confectioners sugar, and spray again with olive oil. 4. Bake at 375°F for 5-6 minutes or until lightly brown.

5. Add 1 Swirbie Blueberry Pod per wonton wrapper and bake another 3 minutes. 

7. Allow to cool.

Makes 4 servings (2 mini pies per serving). Count each serving as a treat.
