Ingredients:
- 8 small wonton wrappers
- 2 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar
- Olive oil spray
- 8 Swirbie Blueberry Pods, slightly defrosted
Instructions:
- Spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray.
- Place each wonton wrapper in a small muffin tin, making a flower shape to fit it in.
- Sprinkle evenly with confectioners sugar, and spray again with olive oil.
- Bake on 375°F for 5-6 minutes or until lightly brown.
- 5. Add 1 Swirbie Blueberry Pod per wonton wrapper.
- Bake another 3 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
Makes 4 servings (2 mini pies per serving). Count each serving as a treat.
