Ingredients

8 small wonton wrappers 

2 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar 

Olive oil spray 

8 Swirbie Blueberry Pods, slightly defrosted 

Instructions

  1. Spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray.
  2. Place each wonton wrapper in a small muffin tin, making a flower shape to fit it in. 
  3. Sprinkle evenly with confectioners sugar, and spray again with olive oil. 4. Bake on 375°F for 5-6 minutes or until lightly brown.
  4. Add 1 Swirbie Blueberry Pod per wonton wrapper.
  5. Bake another 3 minutes. 
  6. Allow to cool.

Makes 4 servings (2 mini pies per serving). Count each serving as a treat.
