Recipe of the Week: Swirbie Banana Chocolate Milkshake

All the milkshake taste with ¼ of the calories!  

Ingredients: 

  • 4 Swirbie Banana Pods 
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder 
  • 3 packets of Splenda or Stevia 
  • 1 cup almond milk 

Instructions: 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a shaker.  
  2. Shake until you reach desired consistency.  
  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw. 

Makes 1 serving. 

Count each serving as a treat.
