Recipe of the Week- Squash Soup

Ingredients:

  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Green Squash
  • Cauliflower
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, sauté onions and garlic with Pam spray. 
  2. Add squash, cauliflower, salt, and pepper. Sauté all together for a bit. 
  3. Fill a pot ¾ full of water and add the vegetables. Cover and cook until vegetables are soft. 
  4. Hand blend and adjust seasoning as needed.
