Ingredients:
- Onions
- Garlic
- Green Squash
- Cauliflower
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a pan, sauté onions and garlic with Pam spray.
- Add squash, cauliflower, salt, and pepper. Sauté all together for a bit.
- Fill a pot ¾ full of water and add the vegetables. Cover and cook until vegetables are soft.
- Hand blend and adjust seasoning as needed.
