Recipe of the Week- Simple Guacamole

Great for taco night and barbecues!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 small avocados, peeled and pitted
  • Juice of half a lime or lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocados with the lime or lemon juice. 
  2. Add the rest of the seasonings and mix again.

Makes 6 servings. 

Count each serving as a fat.
