Recipe of the Week- Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients: 

  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 ½ teaspoons reduced-fat peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine oat flour and baking powder in a microwave microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add the applesauce, honey, and peanut butter and stir until combined.
  3. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Count the entire recipe as a complete breakfast.
