Recipe of the Week- Frozen Cappuccino

Skip the Starbucks and save the calories!

Ingredients:

Instant coffee, to taste

1 cup water

1 cup ice cubes 

Zero-calorie sweetener, to taste 

1 tablespoon reduced-fat or fat-free milk

Instructions:

  1. Scoop your desired amount of instant coffee into a mug, and add a small amount of boiling water; Enough to dissolve the granules.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
