Recipe of the Week- Easy Dairy Bagels


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Everything seasoning


  1. Spray parchment paper on baking pan. 
  2. Mix all ingredients except the egg and knead. Form round balls. Brush with beaten egg.
  3. Top with everything seasoning.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until the bagels are round.

Tip: It’s a very sticky dough, so dust hands with flour when shaping into balls.

One recipe makes 4 bagels. Count each bagel as 2 breads.
