Recipe of the Week- Chocolate Date Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 10 Medjool dates
  • ¼ cup apple sauce
  • ¼ cup peanut butter powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • Truvia to taste
  • ¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Put in a glass Pyrex (8” X 8”) over parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Divide into 8 squares.

Count one square as a snack.
