Try this recipe for breakfast on busy mornings.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 of a banana, frozen and cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- 2 teaspoons Truvia
- 1 handful of kale or spinach leaves (optional)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
