Recipe of the Week- Blueberry Almond Protein Smoothie

Try this recipe for breakfast on busy mornings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 of a banana, frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons Truvia
  • 1 handful of kale or spinach leaves (optional)

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!

Count the entire recipe as a complete breakfast.
