Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Post Pesach Assessment

Pesach is done and we all have some doubts about how we did. The best thing I can say is, DON’T WORRY!

We can now eat our usual foods and there’s no need to beat yourself up because that will only discourage you more. Whether you kept to your plan, cheated or completely fell off the wagon, leave it in the past, chin up and let’s move on.
