* Pre made grilled chicken breasts
* Pre boiled hard eggs (if you don’t mind the smell), also sold at 7/11
* Aufschnitt Meats Beef Jerky
Starches on the go:
* Pre measured amounts of cold rice or quinoa can go well in a salad
*Rice or Quinoa in a cup (add hot water)
Treats:
* Pre packaged treats
Drinks:
* Water
* Vitamin water zero
* Sodium free seltzer
* Crystal light
Misc:
* Sugar free gum and candy
* Your food log and folder
Breads:
* Whole wheat Melba toast
* Whole wheat Wasa crackers
* Shibolim whole wheat crackers

Breakfast:
