Ok, so… it’s not that you can’t have rice cakes at all, but rather, they hold little to no nutritional value hence them being a treat on the plan. They are basically empty calories that leave you unsatisfied and still hungry shortly after. Instead, opt for whole wheat Melba Toast or bread. Ask your counselor how they count on your plan.
