  • Popcorn- homemade with no oil (1 oz counts as a snack)
  • Pretzels (1 oz counts as a snack)
  • Homemade, sugar-free drinks like lemonade
  • Sugar-free candy
  • TAP muffins to satisfy the cake cravings
