The Super Bowl is a perfect excuse for putting out snacks like potato chips and tortilla chips which often come hand-in-hand with salsa and dips, crackers, cakes, sodas, candy, and so much more!

Try some of these options instead:

  • Veggie platter with homemade dressing
  • Fruit platter
  • Popcorn- homemade with no oil (1 oz counts as a snack)
  • Pretzels (1 oz counts as a snack)
  • Homemade, sugar-free drinks like lemonade
  • Sugar-free candy
  • TAP muffins to satisfy the cake cravings
