Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Sugar-Free Syrups

When trying to keep to healthy eating, we tend to forget variety which is important to keep you on track. You can find so many different flavors of sugar-free syrups to make your usual foods that much more interesting and flavorful. Drizzle some peppermint syrup into your coffee, or caramel syrup onto your cut-up fruits, or hazelnut syrup in your plain yogurt. It’s liquid YUM. Just make sure to have in moderation if nursing or pregnant.
