NBT Tip: Stay Busy During Lockdown

During this pandemic, it’s so easy to just sleep, mindlessly eat and lazy around. The lack of accountability and structure are unhealthy for both mind and body.

So, let’s start by making lists of all those things for which you never had the time and lists of healthy things you should be doing daily. Now, make the commitment with yourself and/or loved ones, to complete those lists. 

Make sure your lists are productive, realistic and doable; and remember, it’s not enough to say “I’ll do it”. Take some time, write things out, and make sure you have whatever you need for the tasks like tools, ingredients, equipment, etc. Just the preparations alone, bring you that much closer to keeping busy, completing your lists and not wasting time on boredom.
