Grab a pot, water, vegetables (the ones that count as free on the plan), and spices. Boil, and PRESTO! Soup made simple!

Avoid oils and starchy additions to keep it free on the plan. Feed the entire family, plus feel full and satisfied! Mix up the veggies and spices, and the possibilities are endless! On occasion, throw your meat or chicken allowance in there or some whole wheat pasta.
