Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Preparing Leftovers

Whether it’s after the Shabbos dinner, Thanksgiving feast, the Passover seder, or just Taco Tuesday night, portion your leftovers instead of sticking them into the fridge in large containers or their original pots and pans. It can be discouraging to stick to your plan when you have several big containers to get through to make a plate. So, fill up some microwave-safe containers and take the time to create your own portioned and ready meals. After that, all you have to do is grab a container from the fridge, microwave to your liking, and enjoy!
