Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Positive Thinking

Positive thinking can have an immense influence on your success because you are your own best cheerleader. A lot of the walls we hit are ones we put up ourselves with negative thinking.

Change thoughts like, “I CAN’T have it.” to “There are healthier and tastier choices.”

Change “I’m too lazy to exercise” to “Exercise will make me feel better and stronger.”

Change “I hate dieting.” to “I love being healthy and energetic.”

Change “I’m overweight.” to “I’m strong, I’m beautiful, I’m me regardless of my size, and I’m changing for the greatest reason out there- ME!”
