Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Pesach & Quarantine

The COVID-19 pandemic will surely make the history books and it will be a time we will all remember for years to come. It so happens that Pesach is being celebrated with all this virus mishigas. That means people are staying home before, during and most likely for some time after Pesach. That’s a lot of time to fall off the wagon.

My best recommendation is to make a daily schedule for you AND the family. I don’t mean just a meal schedule, but rather a schedule to keep to throughout the day. The worst thing you can do is lose every sense of structure and accountability. Being stuck at home doesn’t mean life stands still, it means we adapt while trying to keep to whichever normal and healthy habits we can.
