Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Lag Baomer Salads

This is a reminder to not only make sure to have a variety of salads at the table but to actually eat them. There are endless salad options and you don’t NEED oil for most of them so they would count as FREE! 

Don’t stand by the grill or the meat tray and eat as if they’re finger foods. Grab a plate, add your salads first, then add your proteins. Have a seat and take your time. This will help you to fill up faster, and on the healthier stuff without overdoing the unnecessary stuff.
