Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Just Keep Swimming

Dory from Finding Nemo said it best, “Just Keep Swimming”.

We all know that fitness can be hard to maintain altogether, let alone while on vacation; this winter vacation, try to book some time in the water. Swimming is an excellent way to have fun and stay active. There are so many ways to get fit in the water and you get to work out your whole body!

You can do simpler things like stretches or slowly walking through the water. You can also turn it into an intense workout by doing front-stroke laps or running laps.

Either way, get set, get wet, and get fit!
