Some people have a hard time eating throughout the day because they’re “not hungry”. I put that in quotation marks because our bodies naturally need food, but sometimes our brain blocks that reminder for various reasons. You may not FEEL hungry because you’re focused on work, the kids, school, errands, etc.

Remember, you don’t have to have a full plate of food to get the benefits of a well-balanced meal. Ask your counselor for some power bar or TAP item recommendations that work with your plan. They’re quick to eat and will have enough of what you need to keep you going throughout the day.
