Summer is around the corner, so get ready to get some sun!

Sunlight triggers the body to react positively in many ways. 

When the sun hits your body, it causes your body to create vitamin D which is crucial to your health. Vitamin D helps to protect against inflammation, improves brain function and reduces the risk of heart disease among other things. It is recommended to get up to 15 minutes of sunlight a day to reap the benefits.
