An air fryer significantly reduces the amount of oil needed to achieve the “deep-fried” flavor and texture you desire. Deep frying requires your food to be submerged in oil, whereas air frying just needs a coating. Remember to look up “air fryer recipes” for any food you’d like to make “deep-fried”.
